Important Notes:

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for our team to review your pet’s medical file and process your refill request.
  • Urgent refill? If your pet has completely run out of a vital medication, please call us directly at 780-705-2131.
  • Our veterinarians must have examined your pet within the past year in order to prescribe or approve medication refills. If your pet is due for an exam or bloodwork, our team will contact you to schedule an appointment.
  • We will make every effort to have your request ready by your preferred date and time. If we’re unable to accommodate, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Please note that compounded medications require a minimum of 3 business days’ notice for preparation.
