Yes, we operate on an appointment-based schedule to ensure each pet gets the dedicated time they deserve. We do, however, accept walk-ins for any urgent or emergency situations.
Our clinic is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am to 7pm; Tuesday and Thursday from 8am to 6pm; and Saturday from 8am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays.
For non-urgent appointments, complete our online booking request, and we’ll get back to you to confirm. You can also call us directly.
We understand that things change. We ask that you please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we can offer the time to another patient in need.
If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call us immediately at (780) 705-2131 and bring them to our hospital. Calling ahead allows us to prepare for your arrival.
